THE SCHEME

DINAMICA SHS essentially consists of two concealed hinges (more if necessary) on a single axis, complete with vertical and horizontal adjustments. The horizontal adjustment of the door is achived by means of micrometric fine-tuning, requiring only one person using common tools. It includes also a conveninet and effective jack for the vertical fine-regulation of the door and which also permits the load to be distributed equally over both hinges. In addition the load distributer (only available in the metal frame version) enables the weight of the door to be transferred to the floor by way of the supporting frame.

CERTIFICATIONS

The hinges comprising the Sistema Dinamica SHS passed the validation tests for maximum performance levels provided for by European standard EN1935:

  • intense use category;
  • 200.000 running cycles;
  • mass of test door 160 Kg;
  • safety of use;
  • highly corrosion-resistant;
  • burglar-resistance.

Sistema Dinamica is also used in fire and smoke barrier doors. Hinges has been tested to fire resistance for 180 minutes and UL Fire Resistance certification has been obtained according to UL10C normative.

UL marking is conform to US and Canadian market requirements.
